This product is a broad-spectrum antibiotic of aminoglycosides, and its antimicrobial spectrum is similar to that of neomycin.It is mainly used for severe infection caused by gram-negative bacteria such as escherichia coli, klebsiella, proteus, pneumobacterium, enterobacter pneumoniae and shigella, and has good antibacterial effect on drug-resistant s. aureus.Clinically, it is mainly used for lung infection, urinary tract infection, biliary tract infection, sepsis and abdominal infection caused by sensitive bacteria.It can also be used for staphylococcus aureus infection which is sensitive to other antibiotic resistance.
