This product is A topical antibiotic, which is produced by the culture medium of pseudomonas fluorescein, namely pseudomonas A.Its antibacterial effect is mainly through reversible and isoleucine transfer RNA synthase binding, prevent isoleucine infiltration, stop cell containing isoleucine protein synthesis and play a role in sterilization or antibacterial.This medicine shows antibacterial action at very low concentration and antiseptic action at high concentration.The drug is highly sensitive to various gram-positive cocci related to skin infections, especially staphylococcus and streptococcus, and is also effective against drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus.It has certain antibacterial effect on some gram-negative bacteria such as escherichia coli, haemophilus influenzae and gonococcus.Not sensitive to most anaerobic bacteria and normal skin flora.The occurrence rate of drug-resistant strains in vitro is very low.

Applicable to a variety of bacteria especially gram positive coccus caused by skin infection, such as pustular disease, furunculosis, hair folliculitis and eczema, dermatitis, ulcers and trauma on the basis of secondary bacterial infection.
