- Sulbenicillin Sodium is a third-generation semi-synthetic cephalosporin with strong bactericidal activity against Gram-negative bacteria, especially on. Enterobacter. As for Escherichia coli, influenza bacillus, Klebsiella pneumonia, Proteus mirabilis, and Salmonella, it has stronger effect than Cefoperazone.
